Manager IntegrationCore AccountabilitiesConduct Market Analysis: Research and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and macroeconomic factors impacting potential M&A opportunities.Competitor Analysis: Evaluate competitor landscapes, including their market positioning, product offerings, financial performance, and strategic initiatives.Identify Potential Targets: Identify and assess potential target companies for M&A based on strategic fit, financial metrics, growth prospects, and synergy potential.Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate the valuation of target companies, assess potential returns on investment, and analyze various deal structures.Due Diligence Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct due diligence on potential M&A targets, including assessing legal, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects.Market Entry Strategy: Provide insights and recommendations on market entry strategies, including organic growth, partnerships, joint ventures, or acquisitions.Prepare Reports and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes that could impact M&A activity and the organization\'s strategic objectives.Support Integration: Assist in post-merger integration activities, including developing integration plans, identifying synergies, and monitoring performance against integration goals..Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in market research, preferably within the investment banking or M&A.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, including experience with market research databases and industry reports.
  • Understanding of M&A transaction processes and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with private equity or venture capital firms (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and economic principles (Desirable)
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software application
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar qualifications - (Desirable)
