Minimum of 5+ years of experience in market research, preferably within the investment banking or M&A.
Strong research and data analysis skills, including experience with market research databases and industry reports.
Understanding of M&A transaction processes and terminology.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience working with private equity or venture capital firms (Desirable)
Strong understanding of financial markets and economic principles (Desirable)
Education:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software application
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or similar qualifications - (Desirable)
