Job Responsibilities:Performance Management
Design, implement, and monitor performance management frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard).
Ensure alignment of organizational goals with departmental and individual objectives.
Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of organizational strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance institutional performance.
Strategy Alignment
Align institutional performance metrics with broader organizational strategies and goals.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure performance frameworks guide decision-making and align with strategic priorities.
Continuous Improvement
Develop and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and organizational excellence.
Identify performance gaps and propose measurable, actionable solutions.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to address performance challenges and identify opportunities.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in performance management.
Risk and Compliance Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks affecting institutional performance.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulations, and established performance standards.
Excellence Frameworks and Benchmarks
Conduct benchmarking studies to measure performance against industry or sector standards.
Future Foresight and Planning
Develop foresight models to anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
Align performance objectives with long-term organizational goals and UAE national priorities.
Team Leadership
Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development support to team members.

Qualifications:
812 years of relevant experience in corporate performance.
Experience working within the federal government sector.
Proven ability to deliver performance reports to federal government entities and manage performance management systems.
Demonstrated experience in managing performance-related projects.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field (Masters preferred).
Fluency in Arabic and English, with proficiency rated at 10/10 in both languages.
Certifications in Balanced Scorecard or similar frameworks.
