Job Description

Defining Business Strategy and Performance Standards for the Business Unit.

Responsible for the Overall Business Performance, Profit and Loss, Compliance Standards, People Management, IT Infrastructure, Internal Controls and Risk Mitigation of the Business.

Maintaining excellent professional relationship with Regulators, Business Partners, Service Providers.

Ensure Business Policies, Procedures & SOP's are well implemented within the Organization.

Plan, develop and execute operational strategies to ensure smooth day to day business operations.

Planning & conceptualizing various strategies to achieve business goals for operations management aiming towards the growth in business volumes as well as profitability.

Achieve assigned business targets and continuously create newer opportunities for revenue generation through quality business relationship.

Creating and encouraging a positive work environment and team spirit within the business by effective communication, motivation, mentoring and delegation skills.

Planning, executing and developing company's marketing and sales strategies for brand building and business growth.

Identifying and supporting key strategic initiatives to increase revenue and business growth.

Effectively oversee all Human Resources functions and thereby focus to create a skilled and committed workforce.

Manage Performance Managements and Incentive Plans.

Ensure the business is complied with the local regulatory requirements and KYC, AML and other compliance guidelines are adhered all the time.

Take suitable measure to mitigate the Risk appetite within the scope of the business.

Budgeting and budgetary control, Forecasting, MIS and Reporting.

Financial controls, EBITDA and Gross and Net profits.

Conduct Periodic Business Review and be up to date on the market trend.

Developing and supporting a cross functional culture of continuous improvement.

Provide directions to the support departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Ensuring that the best practices are followed in delivering and maintaining the quality of service and thereby achieve utmost customer satisfaction.

Introduce and transform the business into digital market platform.
