Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the virtual reality club.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Streamline processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to boost engagement and performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Passionate about technology and virtual reality.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 7,000 AED/month
