A solid track record of leading project delivery for multiple SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementations within a large, complex organisation with a minimum of 10,000+ usersMust have experience in the UAE or the broader Middle East region. Arabic speakers strongly preferredIn-depth knowledge of HR modules, workflows and best practicesStrong understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning and skills managementProven managerial experience with the ability to lead a large and diverse teamExceptional communication, collaboration, influencing and change management skillsAdaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesJob Offer
