Job TitleManager - HR ServicesBusinessENOCJob PurposeTo act as a resource for the development and maintenance of personnel administration between employees and the finance function and to provide support to employees in terms of all benefitsPrincipal AccountabilitiesPersonnel Payroll & Records Administration Maintains the Personnel Records Database for group companies as assigned on the prescribed system (HRMS) e Updates information extracted from offer letter and eligibility as per grade on the I-IR system, ensures compliance of the approval procedure and timely processing of salaries. Ensures completion of documentation on promotion of employees, administers termination procedures. Works closely with the Payroll function especially duringpayroll processing and is responsible for correct applicability for all the additions / changes- conducts induction for new joiners thus ensuring the on boarding process is completed. o Prepares End of Service settlements for all employees. Ensures that all- aspects of the exit check list are met with before the employee departs. Where applicable, separation benefits are administered. Follow and monitor payroll accounting procedures and controls. Coordinate annual payroll audits for specific businesses.Additional Principal AccountabilitiesExperienceGraduate with a qualification in Human Resources with 2-4 years of work experience. Extensive computer Imowledge (MS Word & XL) and extremely good written & oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills Elementary knowledge on using an ERP system. Excellent understanding of HR policy matters and their proceduralization and subsequent implementation/administration Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic. Strong collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to influence and build compliance without impeding business initiatives Experience or familiarity with data security maintenance with complex HR systems
