Responsible for developing and implementing Governance framework and supporting policies and processes aligned with UAE government standards, regulation and international best practice including: - Committee Management - Whistleblower policy - Governance committee - Delegation of Authority - Anti-Fraud Framework - Conflict of Interest process
Support Business Process Management objectives with process improvement initiatives, process mapping and business feedback on process management, quality and consistency
Contribute to continuous improvement with expertise in six sigma / other process improvement skills and knowledge
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Certification Requirements
Six Sigma - Black Belt / Dmaic / Kaisen Certification.
Desired relevant governance certifications.
Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:
Understand regulatory requirements and best practice in governance
Analytical and Problem Solving
Process Improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Dmaic etc)
Accountabilities Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Create guidelines that outline how the organization should operate, including decision-making processes, risk management strategies, and compliance protocols.
Support in managing process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining workflows, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Map processes and responsibilities by using mapping tools.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to optimize performance.
