Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Ensure efficient workflow and customer service.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff.

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Financial Management: Monitor sales, expenses, and profit margins.
Implement cost-control measures.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.

Menu and Product Development: Plan and update the menu in collaboration with the team.
Source quality coffee beans and other products.
Introduce new offerings and promotions.

Hygiene and Compliance: Uphold hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.

Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers.
Utilize social media and other channels for promotion.
Collaborate with the marketing team or external agencies.

Budgeting and Planning: Set annual budgets and financial goals.
Plan for seasonal variations in customer traffic.
Identify opportunities for business growth.
