We are seeking a Manager for Tendering and Pre-Qualification to oversee the tendering process, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability. The ideal candidate will manage the preparation of technical and commercial bids, provide contractual and administrative support, and develop internal policies and documentation related to tendering.Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents, scope of work, and financial criteria for qualification.
Prepare and present risk matrices, bid documents, and tender reviews.
Collaborate with departments to answer tender queries and ensure efficient execution of contracts.
Estimate direct and indirect costs and work with the estimation team to achieve cost-efficient bids.
Perform vendor prequalification tasks and maintain an approved vendors list.
Prepare periodic reports on tenders and support compliance with departmental policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
4-6 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the Middle East.
Knowledge of FIDIC standards, proficiency in relevant software, and strong technical document writing skills.
Certification in CIPS or PMP is preferred.
