Managing the company work phone, taking bookings via phone and whatsapp

Managing a team of 6 cars , creating a schedule

Sending tasks / jobs to the teams and optimizing routes / locations for the teams

Managing inventory of supplies, ordering new supplies as needed

Managing all car cleaning equipment ensuring it's in good condition and repair if needed

Training employees on proper techniques for washing vehicles, using equipment

Involves in marketing and sales efforts to attract new customers and retain existing

Supervising employees to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly and efficiently

Management of daily operational activities

Tracking daily earnings and expenses with basic weekly reports

Daily communication with company owners to ensure smooth operations
