The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the preparation and analysis of our consolidated financial statements and ensure compliance with all accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of the company\'s consolidated financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.Prepare group consolidated financial statements, working closely with subsidiaries to align reporting with audit and accounting requirements.Oversee all external reporting, including the preparation and timely publication of financial disclosures in compliance with applicable regulations and standards.Collaborate with auditors and provide support during the audit process, ensuring all financial information is available and accurately presented.Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal and external audit specifications.Drive process improvements within the reporting function to enhance efficiency and data integrity.Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements to ensure continuous compliance.Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred.Proven experience in financial reporting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements and experience with IFRS/GAAP.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel.
