About the JobInitiate, develop and execute the strategy on finance and investment to Borouge as industry leader. Responsible for the strategic content throughout and across the Global Communications function and the various communication platforms. These elements will enable GC to deliver on the Borouge leadership mandate and the overall shareholders objectives.Key Accountabilities
Establish the communication platform to support Finance and investments, including a yearly plan for all communication activities
Support leadership on change management processes and strategy creation
Responsible for media outreach and external conference support for the Financial related matters.
Work closely with Investor Relation team to develop the quarterly financial results and other reporting
Manage the content and the process of developing Annual/ Sustainability/ Governance Reports for the company
Manage all content update in various channels not limited to website, internal, media..etc
Measure campaign/ communications effectiveness and impact
Develop procedures and guideline to manage sensitive data / external communications with support from other relevant internal stakeholders
Initiate and develop financial related communication strategy for the company, and contribute to its implementation throughout the company. Execute and enable all relevant initiatives, processes and deliveries of this strategy
As appropriate and related to Finance and Investments, lead on the origination, screening and delivery of strategic direction and content of company sponsored events and conferences, including selection of the right level of participants, in close cooperation with shareholders, ensuring that Company\'s overall business goals are fully supported by the Global Communications
Work in close cooperation with senior leadership to identify and develop issues and projects that support and leverage the company growth strategy
Work in close cooperation with stakeholders to develop and track key relationships in order to support Global Communications
Lead selected programme-based special projects that require cross-functional engagement with other key senior management employees, including relevant external stakeholders in order to achieve the organizational objectives
Lead the planning of own projects in order to scope the project, identify resource requirements, articulate deliverables and develop timelines in order to facilitate accurate completion of projects
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree
At least 12 years of experience in corporate communications, strategy, public relations, including at least 2-4 years of increasing managerial responsibilities.
Experience in the petrochemicals or energyindustry and finance sector is a must; having held positions at the level of VP or similar
Demonstrate understanding of the entire petrochemical value chain, preferably with real work experience across several business areas
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of content creation, and how to create external awareness and promotion of business critical issues
Strong collaboration skills and experience in working across multiple business areas
Demonstrate high level of external networks and stakeholder management
Demonstrate experience in dealing with C-suite stakeholders
