The founder is actively involved in the day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.Role Overview:The person in charge for the firms Finance- & Accounting operations will be responsible for fostering and overseeing the companys finance- and accounting operations. It further involves building strong relationships with the firms operational teams and seamlessly integrating their activities into daily financial- and accounting works. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader who can drive financial performance and implement processes that align with the firms strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:

Financial Processes Setup: Establish financial systems and processes for the firms entirety of finance- and accounting operations.
Day-to-Day Financial Management: Oversee accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and taxation.
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute strategies supporting company growth and sustainability.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
ERP Systems: Implement and manage ERP systems to streamline operations.
Reporting: Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Partner(s).
