Majid Al Futtaim Retail is looking for a Manager - Finance Analytics and Business Intelligence to lead analytical and automation projects that drive financial insights, process optimization, and business intelligence across the organization. The role will be responsible for transforming financial data into meaningful insights, supporting decision-making processes, and improving operational efficiencies through automation and predictive analytics.Key Responsibilities- Lead analytics and automation projects, gathering requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Maintain and enhance existing business intelligence solutions to adapt to changing business needs.
- Perform ad-hoc BI analysis reports, presenting strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Design and optimize data models to transform raw financial data into actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for data acquisition and build analytics tools to support key financial metrics, including customer acquisition and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement predictive analytics models, leveraging AI and machine learning to enhance financial forecasting.
- Automate budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A functions to improve financial reporting efficiency.
- Provide expertise in P&L analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting to support financial decision-making.Requirements- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance analytics, business intelligence, or similar transformational roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems; certification in analytical tools is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Python/R, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerApps, SQL, and VBA for financial reporting and automation.
- Strong experience in predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning for financial applications.
- Knowledge of process automation tools to streamline finance operations.
