We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to lead our Ladies' Salon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the salon operates efficiently while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of beauty and wellness treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
• Manage, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and maintain a professional environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Plan promotional activities and manage social media presence.
• Track financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in salon management or a related role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Good understanding of salon operations, beauty treatments, and trends.
• Proficient in handling budgets and financial reports.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and salon compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
