The Group has also been embedding sustainability at the core of its business strategy with a clear commitment towards people, partners and the planet, and by being a member of the United Nations Global Compact Community and signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles.What you'll be doingAs a Fashion Business Development Manager you will be supporting the Fashion Business Development team in scouting and acquiring fashion brands for the Group.Fashion BD Planning - Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to expand the fashion portfolio, aligned with the group's long-term objectives.Brand Acquisition & Partnerships - Contribute to identifying, evaluating, and securing partnerships with new fashion brands, negotiating JV agreements, distribution deals, and other collaboration models.Market & Competitive Analysis - Conduct in-depth market research to assess brands, trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform decision-making on potential opportunities.Financial & Commercial Management - Build business plans and assist in developing comprehensive financial models to assess business opportunities.Cross-functional Coordination - Collaborate effectively with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, operations, finance, real estate, intelligence, etc.) to drive seamless execution of business development initiatives.Brand Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with existing and new brands we are exploring or following, ensuring ongoing alignment with brand partners on strategic objectives and market positioning.What you'll need to succeed
