Ensure all events messaging and collateral is in line with brand guidelines
Setting up and steering internal project meetings to ensure smooth delivery of events
Working closely with BD to ensure the right targets are identified and that all events data is held centrally on the CRM database
On-site management of events including management of staff, briefings, and live trouble shooting
Post-event and accounts reconciliation through event debriefs held with all stakeholders
Working closely with BD on tracking and reporting of ROI on all events
Contributing ideas to the improvement of internal operating processes
Regularly meetings with KPMG global events team leads to ensure best practices are leveraged
Education requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
Work experience requirements:
Minimum 8 years of professional event planning and management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Event Management (e.g., CMP, CSEP).
Experience with large-scale events, conferences, or trade shows.
Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
Knowledge / Technical Skills
Content development and corporate event management experience, delivering in-person, virtual and hybrid events
A confident communicator with the ability to build business relationships at all levels, and with excellent writing and presentation skills
Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work to strict deadlines, maintaining a calm and logical approach
Strong project management skills
Meticulous with excellent attention to detail

Experience with the use of live polling/Q&A, App and other engagement tools

Manages the preparation, delivery, reporting and evaluation of client-facing and flagship initiatives and works closely with the C&M team as well as Partners and Directors to drive business growth and build client relationships.
