Overview:The event & Experiences marketing manager is helping and supporting our business units to achieve the Brand awareness and revenue objectives by creating and executing innovative event experiences or as part of an end-to-end campaign strategy. As an integrated member of the Marketing & Communications team the Event & Experience Marketing manager will advise, plan, and execute the events to the highest standard and demonstrating the value of the events and client experience in the client journey. You will also develop the corporate guidance around events, tools, reporting and optimization of our events. Develop an event strategy as part of a multi-touch engagement surrounded with associated digital activities (Webcast/Webinars) and social to drive increased and deeper client engagements.
Mange the event budget, continuously monitor event performance thereby optimizing activities ensuring that event conversations & marketing created revenue commitments are met post event.
Collaborate with the Brand, Product, Communications and commercial leadership around event messaging, content curriculum, sessions, demos, speaker process.
Manage sponsorships, show-floor expo, the agency relationship(s) and ensuring implementation and execution of the end-to-end event strategy.
Collaborate with the brand, digital and communications team on Paid media and communications plans to ensure event response lead management is implemented.
Engage with the commercial team (Sellers and Business development) to drive registrations for upcoming events.
Manage the purchase orders and payment process via the G42 approved tools and ensure 100% compliance across all processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing /event management or related dicipline
Between 5-10 years of experience with planning and executing a wide range of B2B events
Strong project management experience and adherence to deadlines
Avid learner who constantly expends knowledge to gain new skills and expertise
Proactive listener that can use expertise to predict needs and prevent issues.
Responsible team player demonstrating ownership and accountability
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English, preferred also in Arabic.
Experience with event technology systems such as registration sites, event management platforms and mobile apps
Willingness and ability to travel across countries to plan and execute events
