Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ESG & Special Projects Manager to join a dynamic department in the business, focussed on innovation and value creation within energy-related functions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking initiatives, which will shape the future of the business.
  • Strategy Development and Execution: Lead and execute high-impact strategic projects aligned with the wider business long-term goals.
  • Market Analysis and Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • ESG Integration: Drive the integration of ESG principles into strategic initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Innovation and Business Case Development: Identify and evaluate innovative solutions, develop comprehensive business cases, and present recommendations to senior management.
Exciting role with a large, successful and growing organisation Must have Strategy development and Implementation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategy development and implementation
  • Proven experience in research, analysis and presentation slide development/delivery
  • Experience within the energy sector
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for sustainability and ESG
