Our client, a reputed Investment Group in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a Manager - Enterprise Performance Management - (Part of Emiratization initiative), supporting the Strategy & Transformation department, to drive innovative and strategic growth across their portfolio of Companies in Real Estate / Construction/ Tourism / Leisure.

We are looking for a strategic leader to support our Client in optimizing Enterprise Performance Management processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise performance management, particularly within large, complex organizations.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic leader to support our Client in optimizing Enterprise Performance Management processes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise performance management, particularly within large, complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Performance Management:
- Develop, manage, and enhance Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) frameworks.
- Design, align, and cascade performance scorecards across various organizational levels.
- Track and review group-wide performance; issue monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure alignment of individual and departmental objectives.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in enterprise performance management within corporate strategy departments of large organizations.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Real Estate/ Construction/ Tourism & Leisure industry is preferred.
- Certifications: Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional (or equivalent) and Project Management Professional (or equivalent) required.
- Skills: Proficient in organizational skills, process management, clerical speed and accuracy, and communication. Fluency in English is essential.
