SynopsisIn this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our organisation\'s reputation as an employer of choice. You will work closely with the wider TA and HR teams and the Brand and Marketing teams to create compelling employer branding campaigns that both raise general awareness of careers at Etihad and which target the attraction of top talent for specific vacancies now and in the future. Your role will involve leveraging various channels, including social media, employer review sites, and employee testimonials, to communicate our employer value proposition effectivelyAccountabilities
Collaborate with the Total Rewards, Culture and Employee Engagement teams on developing and clearly articulating Etihad\'s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and socialising this more broadly with key stakeholders
Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies aligned with the Etihad\'s EVP, Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values (PVMV), culture, and which strongly align with business objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing and Branding teams to enhance employer branding efforts through targeted campaigns, events and online presence, leveraging social media where applicable
Develop a suite of fit-for-purpose visuals for presence and campaign advertising
Determine fit for purpose channels to promote Etihad\'s employer brand
Implement initiatives to empower employees to become brand ambassadors, both internally and externally
Produce engaging content, including videos, blog posts, and social media campaigns, to showcase our workplace culture, employee stories, and career opportunities.
Work with TA team to monitor candidate experience and implement innovative solutions to continuously build candidate engagement throughout every touchpoint in the candidate journey
Manage our presence on employer review sites, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to ensure a positive employer brand image
In partnership with the TA Strategy and Innovation Manager, develop, monitor and analyse employer brand metrics, such as candidate feedback, and brand sentiment, leveraging these insights to further refine strategies
Cultivate relationships with external partners, such as universities, industry associations, and diversity networks, to enhance our employer brand presence
Education & Experience
A minimum of 5-7 years\' experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing within a large, complex organisation
Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
Knowledge and understanding of high volume recruitment marketing needs, as well as those for more specific, niche recruitment
Experience in developing and articulating Employee Value Proposition
Proven experience in campaign design, management and measurement
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaigns
Analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Familiarity with social media platforms, employer review sites, and other relevant channels
Strong project and programme management capabilities
