Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Applications Delivery Manager to join our dynamic IT team to oversee and project manage our internal business applications. The position leads the design, testing, planning, budgeting, and implementation of complex projects for systems and services that typically affect many employees and internal stakeholders. The Delivery Manager will work closely with senior management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as coordinates with other departments for support. The position is focused on meeting project commitments


You must be sufficiently well-versed in the business, functional and technical aspects of the project at hand to be able to safeguard the quality of deliverables. This role will involve working across all lines of business and will require solid communication skills, the ability to build relationships and drive a consistent agenda. The Delivery Manager will need to focus on both Business and IT resources, processes, and deliverables. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement. Solid project management experience delivery projects in an agile manner and knowledge of various internal business systems is required.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of the organization.
• Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Establish realistic timelines and goals for project deliverables.
• Demonstrate superior collaboration skills and techniques which appropriately define alternate solutions; resolve conflicts; and create partnerships with team members and stakeholders
• Responsible for the planning, budgeting, documenting and oversight of all aspects of Business Application programs throughout the project life cycle.
• Follow standard project methodology frameworks to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Manage project status, reporting and updates, risks and issues with appropriate escalation mechanisms.
• Pro-actively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate program/project risks.
• Establish contacts and cultivate relationships and a network both with business stakeholders and external contractors, vendors and parties' delivering on the assigned project.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve project management processes and toolkits.
• Develop / maintain detailed project budgets.
• Drive consistency in the implementation of systems and best practices and implement project methodologies that align to the project deliverables.

Qualifications:
• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related.
• Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince II.
• Strong IT Application Project Management skills required; PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving.
• Proven experience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Proven experience of strategic mindset in service of team and company objectives.
• Proven experience with effective people management skills aimed at improving productivity.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Productive communication skills towards all stakeholders

Computer / Technical Skills: • In-depth understanding and working experience of project management software including MS Project or Planview.
• In-depth understanding of the end-to-end life cycle requirements of key business processes across ERP, Procure-to-Pay or Supply chain management solutions, CRM, document management systems, reporting and analytics solutions.
• Outstanding proficiency in the use of standard office software and reporting applications.
• Advance MS Office skills specifically with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Cloud and SAAS-based systems - highly preferable.
