Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager to strengthen our Strategy and Consulting department based in our Dubai office. Our team comprises seasoned professionals with extensive international advisory experience, offering bespoke and localised consulting services to clients across the MENA region.


Leveraging their global expertise, the team provides tailored advice to developers, investment companies, family offices and government entities, covering all real state asset classes including residential, office, hospitality, education, and mixed-use developments. By delivering comprehensive and real estate investment strategy reports aligned with current and forecasted market conditions, we partner with our clients to drive strategic decision-making and support their business objectives.


In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting the team to successfully deliver recommendations and drive implementation for our clients in the following areas:


• Portfolio strategy
• Master planning
• Financial feasibility
• Benchmarking analysis
• Market study
• Price and rental review
• Highest and best-use analysis


Responsibilities:


• Independently lead complex projects, overseeing junior team members and managing client's expectations by thoroughly understanding their strategic objectives.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality impactful outputs and insights through seamless client engagement and progress reviews.
• Develop sophisticated financial models spanning all core real estate asset classes to assess feasibility highest and best use and portfolio optimisation strategies.
• Leverage your analytical expertise to provide clients with advanced decision-support tools and innovative approaches tailored to their needs.
• Stay abreast of the latest real estate market trends and developments across the MENA region.
• Prepare insightful, customised market reports that equip clients with the critical intelligence to make informed investment decisions.
• Support the professional growth of junior team members by sharing your expertise through project-based guidance and detailed feedback.
• Collaborate with the Associate Partner/Department Head to drive continuous improvement in the team's performance and client service delivery.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and participate in the creation of compelling proposals and pitch presentations.
• Work closely with the Associate Partner/Department Head to expand our client relationships and strengthen the firm's strategic positioning.


Requirements:


• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as real estate, finance, business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in real estate consulting or advisory roles.
• Proven track record in delivering strategic portfolio planning and financial analysis. Extensive knowledge of the real estate market dynamics, trends, and best practices in the MENA region.
• Ability to leverage your deep understanding of the local market to provide valuable, tailored insights to clients.
• Highly proficient in real estate financial modelling, with the capability to create sophisticated models incorporating various phasing and operational scenarios.
• Adept at utilising Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills to convey complex analyses and recommendations with clarity and impact.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to synthesise data and insights to develop innovative, data-driven strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to build productive relationships with colleagues and clients
• Ability to adapt, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.


While fluency in Arabic is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. A willingness to travel as required is also expected.
