Manager Digital Product Development & DeliveryJob Summary:We are seeking a Manager of Digital Product Development & Delivery to lead the strategic planning and execution of our new digital platform in the UAE. This role will oversee content servicing, media platforms, and cloud services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead strategic development planning for content servicing, media platforms, and cloud services
• Manage team requirements and expectations across diverse aspects of product development
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of content servicing systems, media platforms, and cloud services
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across departments
• Implement quality assurance processes and manage risks for content, media, and cloud services solutions
• Align development projects with partner stakeholders (e.g., EUAE eng, Starzplay)
• Stay informed about upcoming changes affecting partners\' platforms and services
• Liaise with e& technology, Starzplay, and others for potential collaborations and adoption of latest technologies and AI innovations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital product development, with at least 3-5 years in a management role
• Proven track record in developing and launching successful digital products, particularly in content servicing, media platforms, or cloud services
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and strategic planning
• Proficiency in relevant product management tools and software
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, content delivery networks, and media streaming platforms
• Experience working with international partners and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Knowledge of UAE tech landscape and regulatory environment is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are highly advantageous
