The Manager - Digital Marketing & Transformation will successfully optimize the acquisition of members/partners from the top of the funnel all the way to engaging and retaining those members/partners and increasing LTV. They will own and co-own the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of digital marketing activities that increase, capture, and nurture leads across multiple channels, as well as the activities that effectively engage and retain members/partners to deliver high annual retention rates and optimize cross-selling and up-selling through digital channels and ultimately increase LTV.
The Manager - Digital Marketing & Transformation will also co-develop the individual donation strategy alongside the Senior Manager - Marketing, to help establish a comprehensive and fully active fundraising model for the organization.
The Manager - Digital Marketing & Transformation will report to the Associate Head - Digital Transformation to develop, enhance, maintain, and bring to life all of the organization's digital infrastructure requirements. They will drive digital strategy, implement cutting-edge technologies, and ensure the seamless functioning of all digital platforms while enabling organizational growth and increasing operational efficiency.
The Manager - Digital Marketing & Transformation will lead on digital marketing activities, digital campaign and product roll-out, supporting the Senior Manager - Marketing and Associate Head - Digital Transformation on large scale public campaigns and execution of organization-level infrastructure requirements.
Major Duties and Key Responsibilities
Department Level Responsibilities:
• Supports the Senior Manager - Marketing in creating, reviewing, and updating the Digital Marketing & Individual Fundraising Strategy.
• Defines the growth marketing plans to support broader organization objectives, e.g., supporting unrestricted funding targets via donations, memberships, partnerships, and sustainable giving. Is accountable for all areas of the plan, including budgets, KPIs, milestones, etc.
• Champions digital marketing and best practices within the wider organization, empowering team members with digital marketing knowledge and tools to help streamline processes, enrich their project scopes, as well as track and measure success metrics. This includes identifying new platforms and marketing tools, setting up team trainings, mentoring team members looking to upskill, and sharing case studies and inspiration.
• Supports the wider Marketing and Engagement team in maximizing reach and engagement by providing strategic guidance and counsel and playing an active role in weekly meetings and briefings.
• Responsible for setting up clear processes and SOPs to ensure the successful establishment of growth marketing within the new membership organization.
• Supports the Strategic Partnerships team in identifying strategic membership acquisition beyond current tactics.
Key Accountabilities:
• Develop, maintain, and execute membership demand generation activities, consistently communicating initiatives, progress, and results with the team.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager - Marketing to build lead generation marketing activities that support strategic partnerships, sustainable giving, and business goals, consistently communicating initiatives, progress, and results with the team.
• Optimize acquisition funnel and lead nurturing processes through paid social, organic and paid search, email, webinars, content and social media, and sponsorships.
• Deliver quality reporting and analytics that show how growth marketing programs impact revenue, define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Develop, maintain, and execute effective member engagement plans and activities centered around delivering an engaging customer journey and experience.
• With the Senior Manager - Marketing and product teams, ensure all products are optimized on the platform to drive high engagement levels.
• Support the development of a member rewards and recognition program that encourages annual member retention.
• Leverage marketing automation, lead management, and member management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows across the funnel.
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Emirates Nature-WWF's digital platforms, including websites, databases, CRM systems, and internal tools.
• Ensure the effective management, security, and integration of data across all platforms to support informed decision-making and propose Data Warehousing and Centralization solutions.
• Support Associate Head - Digital Transformation with technical product mapping for all organization-level infrastructure requests.
• Act as a liaison with internal Project Leads to determine, manage, and execute project and product-level requests.
• Liaise with external partners, developers, and vendors to implement digital solutions that align with the organization's goals.
• Develop and manage performance tracking tools and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of digital platforms and initiatives.
• Ensure all digital operations are compliant with industry standards, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Work with the content team to support the development of content required for growth marketing activities.
• Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics.
• Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends.
• Conduct A/B testing, split-url testing, creative tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best.
• Test new channels and trends (such as Brand Voice Search, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Digital Out of Home, etc.).
• Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA), increase ROI, and efficiently scale new customers.
• Setup, control, and manage key digital databases and social media business management backends, namely Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Google Ads, Facebook Business, LinkedIn Business, TikTok Business Suite, etc.
• Lead on strategic development of organization websites and microsites across campaigns and projects.
• Ensure constant and relevant flow of communication via automation techniques with volunteers and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement new technologies and tools that improve the organization's operational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and digital capabilities.
• Drive digital volunteer program engagement through digital optimization, sign-ups, e-mailers, polls, surveys, chatbots, inquiry forms, info tutorials, video streaming, analytics, and reporting.
• Work with Associate Head - Digital Transformation on the Leaders of Change digital platform, application, user experience (UX), Connect with Nature (CwN) application, and consolidation of websites.
• Support the development of new features and modules for the Leaders of Change platforms that help enhance revenue generation and product creation.
• Creation and development of digital framework, infrastructure, and dashboard to record, monitor, and analyze conservation impact via volunteer programs.

• Expert in digital marketing and managing digital content across web, mobile, app, and social.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite is not a must, but extremely desired.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in digital, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Fluent in English is a must; fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
