Key Accountabilities (6 - 8 accountabilities max)
• Coordinate with other team/departments, as to Project Planning, to ensure that correct EM requirement will be arranged & as per DU standard design.
• Evaluation of different vendors on the tender level of the EM projects.
• Evaluation of different vendors of EM Solutions/Proposals based on the set-up criteria and specifications.
• Raise RFQs, PRs and follow up approvals on the PO and attend to any technical query raised by vendors.
• Provide Technical Support to other teams pertaining to EM Systems
• Ensure power allocation requirement attended within agreed SLA.
• Focus on set goals and engagement plan, self-initiation to achieve the set yearly goals.
• Closely interaction with line manager from time to time to identify weakness and work to overcome these areas.
• Supervises the EM contractors and makes sure that the projects are executed according to the design and specification.
• Monitors Progress of work to achieve target dates and decide to solve EM related issues.
4. Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in telecommunication and networks.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
Skills
• Knowledge in TIA Standard.
• Good understanding of IEC/BS Standard and Local Authority Regulations.
• Good Knowledge in Design Tools (MS Office, MS Visio, MS Project, AUTOCAD).
• Teamwork & cooperation skills.
• Communication skills.
• Organizational Commitment.
• Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Holding a valid UAE driving license.
