The Healthcare Data and Analytics Manager will be responsible for building and growing the team of analytics professionals, building a strong analytics data driven culture, establishing strong experimentation, dashboarding and insights competencies, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and security of healthcare data and through that deliver outstanding business outcomes. This individual should be an experienced industry leader with skills in leveraging multiple current technologies, while expanding his/her knowledge on emerging technologies for different projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, healthcare systems, and management.- Education:- Bachelor\'s degree in data science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.- Preferred Qualifications:- Advanced degree (Master\'s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
- Certifications in healthcare data analytics or related areas.
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.- Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in managing and leading a team.- Skills:- Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data, including EMR/EHR systems, claims data, and clinical databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
