About the opportunityRole SummaryCRM plays a critical role in the fast paced environment of talabat with channels such as push notifications, in-app messages, e-mails and SMS being used to engage the customer base. This role will work closely with the Regional and Local Marketing functions to implement best in class campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. The candidate will act as a role model and subject matter expert in order to upskill the team on Braze knowledge while delivering innovation and best practices to improve our Campaign Ops.Whats On Your Plate?Role within Regional Marketing across 8 marketsCreate complex multi-step, multi-channel campaigns through Braze with advanced knowledge of functionalities and capabilities of the toolLiaise with Retention Solutions team at Delivery Hero Central to implement new Braze innovations and mechanisms to improve customer engagementCreate documentation to disseminate best practices and learnings to more junior members within Campaign Ops functionOversee train the trainer sessions to enable clear knowledge transfer and learning platform for junior team membersConstantly monitor and identify new innovations from Braze and industry leading CRM tools to implement within talabat to improve campaign performanceImplement enhancements to how the team launch campaigns to improve quality of delivery and launch efficiencyMake recommendations for technology enhancements to ensure best in class ecosystem of infrastructure and software available in talabat for Campaign Ops purposesSupport and mentor junior team members for more complex Campaign Ops requests that require close monitoring and guidanceWhat you need to be successfulWhat Did We Order?Deep subject matter expertise and experience using BrazeAt least 7 years of experienceExperience in fast paced Digital/Start Up environment delivering high volume of campaignsBraze certification is not a must but will be looked upon favourablyFluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plusGood interpersonal and communication skillsInnovation mindset is critical for this role to keep driving Campaign Ops forwardWho we areAs the regions leading local tech organization, were proud to say that we have been delivering for millions of people right across MENA for the past 18 years.
