Key Account & Strategic Relationship Management: Build and nurture high-trust partnerships with 3PL partners, ensuring alignment with talabatxe2x80x99s strategic objectives. Serve as the single point of accountability for 3PL performance, balancing immediate needs with long-term growth strategies.
Negotiation & Agreement Execution: Lead high-stakes negotiations to secure win-win agreements that ensure reliable rider availability and cost efficiency. Continuously assess and refine agreement terms to reflect market dynamics and operational priorities.
Operational Execution Excellence: Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve compliance and efficiency. Address operational challenges swiftly while driving measurable improvements in 3PL service quality.
Performance Optimization & Data-Driven Decisions: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as rider supply reliability, service levels, and compliance metrics. Leverage data insights to identify improvement opportunities and spearhead initiatives that enhance 3PL efficiency and rider engagement.
Market Intelligence & New Supply Channels: Stay ahead of market trends to identify new and innovative rider supply channels. Build strategies to diversify and strengthen the rider network, ensuring scalability during demand fluctuations.
3PL Value Proposition Enhancement: Create compelling programs and incentives to attract, retain, and engage top-tier 3PL providers. Position talabat as a partner of choice in the UAE logistics landscape.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to align on shared objectives and ensure seamless execution across all initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Partnership Management within high-growth environments. Logistics or gig economy experience is a plus.
Negotiation Prowess: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships and secure favorable agreements.
Execution Savvy: Hands-on experience implementing processes and solutions that improve efficiency and operational performance.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Postgraduate Education: A Masters degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Collaborative Leadership: A proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and drive results.
Regulatory Acumen: Solid understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
