Must-Have:
- 8 years of experience in Governance function or relevant area
- Skilled in regulations for federal as well as International standards,
- Proven experience in the utility industry and managing the team
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Skilled in dealing with federal, local, and regional regulators
