Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant master\'s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, M&A, or a related field.
Proven track record in successfully managing and executing M&A deals and corporate development initiatives.
