Scale, define and lead the team in the new space of Content Ops, and Research Ops
Establish proper fundamentals within our Content and Research teams world that would increase the efficiency for our colleagues
Ensure functional teams and business stakeholders are aligned to the objectives of Product & Tech
Content Ops
Embark on a journey to own the operations of all content-generating assets, leading to better quality content, faster content and happier teams
Be part of a function that combines people, process and tech allowing us to effectively and efficiently maintain its content lifecycle from start to finish
Own the quality of our content in all markets. Create initiatives that would increase the adherence rate of our guidelines
Research Ops
Identify, standardize and scale research ops processes and initiatives with respect to the research practice and metrics across the organization
Spearhead knowledge management initiatives and develop a scalable research repository, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of all research assets, data and governance
Find opportunities where research can impact business prioritization and strategy; develop programs to address these opportunities
QualificationsWhat Did We Order?
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, design / creative xp, business operations, consulting, product, product operations or similar role
Experience in both creative space + ops a bonus
Experience in leading cross functional projects and teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity.
Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.
Drive key processes to enhance daily business and have an ability to prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mentality and a desire to make an impact.
Strong English skills, in both written and verbal communication.
You have a voice that is human, personal and matches our Product brand.
Ability to think like a Product user and be invested in our users\' needs.
