About the Role:
This role is pivotal in shaping and conveying our brand's story, managing our brand communications, and driving effective internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing multi-channel communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the brand's goals and objectives.
Identify key messages and communication tactics to enhance brand reputation and consumer engagement.
Manage media relations, including crafting press releases, handling media inquiries, and organizing press conferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers/v-loggers, influencers, and industry Stakeholders.
Collaborate with the internal communication team to ensure brand engagement with our employees across the organization.
Foster employee engagement through newsletters, intranet updates, town hall meetings, and other internal channels.
Oversee the creation of high-quality content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
Develop and implement crisis communication plans to manage and mitigate potential risks.
Act as the brand's spokesperson during crisis situations, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
Oversee the brand's social media presence, including content strategy, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments.
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees.
Prepare and present communication reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Educational Qualifications and Certificates
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in a communications role.
