Job Description

Overall Job Purpose:Manager C&B and Global Mobility is responsible for overseeing all aspects of compensation and benefits programs and managing global mobility initiatives within the Region middle east. The geographic scope includes gulf countries, India and Africa. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. Additionally, the Manager will develop and execute strategies to support global mobility, including international assignments, transfers, and relocation programs.Key Accountabilities:
  • \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Manage and administer employee compensation programs, including salary structures, incentives, and bonuses, salary increment and bonus cycles.
  • \xc2\xb7 Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other welfare benefits.
  • \xc2\xb7 Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market and ensure salary bands are available for each market in the region.
  • \xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing compensation and benefits programs.
  • \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with HR leadership, headquarters to develop policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration.
  • \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  • \xc2\xb7 Manage the periodic budget cycle.
  • \xc2\xb7 Design the monetary and non-monetary framework for the region.
  • \xc2\xb7 Review the incentive schemes.
  • \xc2\xb7 Lead the development and implementation of global mobility policies and procedures in the region.
  • \xc2\xb7 Manage international assignments, including assignment planning, tax compliance, and mobility support services.
  • \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to ensure compliance with international regulations and tax laws.
  • \xc2\xb7 Partner with stakeholders across departments to facilitate smooth transitions for employees relocating internationally.
  • \xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
  • \xc2\xb7 Design appropriate harmonization programs to support post-merger activities.
  • \xc2\xb7 Proactively seek alternative systems and technologies to support organizational evolution and prepare appropriate proposals to drive continuously toward improvement and optimization of HR / Reward services.
  • \xc2\xb7 Contribute to strategic planning, monthly reporting, budgeting and other assigned special projects.
Qualifications:
  • \xc2\xb7 Master\'s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or HR
  • \xc2\xb7 Minimum 8-10 years of relevant HR experience with expertise in C&B and global mobility
  • \xc2\xb7 Project management experience is an advantage
  • \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of C&B practices in Middle East, India and Africa
  • \xc2\xb7 Extensive experience of job evaluation methodologies such as Mercer and their global mobility tools
  • \xc2\xb7 Experience from working with remuneration models, bonus schemes, corporate schemes (medical, life, workmen compensation etc.)
  • \xc2\xb7 Experience of HR systems and tools
  • \xc2\xb7 STI/ LTI experience (design and management) would be a plus
  • \xc2\xb7 High integrity and ethics
  • \xc2\xb7 Fluent in English
  • \xc2\xb7 Uses rigorous logic to solve difficult problems, looking beyond the obvious to probe for creative solutions
  • \xc2\xb7 Strong team player and willingness to assist team members as needed
