The Manager, Career Development is responsible for designing and overseeing programs that support the career growth and development of employees at all levels with a focus on enterprise level and functional skill requirements.This role focuses on fostering a learning culture, by helping employees align their career and professional goals with organisational skill needs. It will play a key role in helping shape Etihad's future learning strategy and supporting the business in adopting a skills-based learning mindset. The individual will be responsible for partnering with key business areas to identify current and future skill requirements that support Etihad in achieving its growth ambitions over the next 4-5 years. This includes conducting learning needs analysis to assess current skill gaps, designing associated skills/competency-based learning pathways and sourcing/curating relevant learning content/programs.
