, you will oversee all aspects of our car business operations, ensuring smooth processes, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will be responsible for managing sales, inventory, staff, and customer relations within the automotive department. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the car business department, ensuring smooth workflow and effective execution of tasks. Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to finalizing sales agreements, ensuring high conversion rates. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives and staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development. Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to drive business growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience. Analyze sales data, performance reports, and market trends to inform decision-making and business strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in car sales and management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of automotive products, services, and market trends. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
