Business Plan/Budget: You will be responsible for category Management as per Budget, Brand wise, Product wise, Store wise, Qty & Value and as per guidelines received from Category Head.
Target Allocation: As per Budget, you will assist Category Head to distribute targets store wise, product wise also monitor monthly trend.
Margins: You will be responsible in achieving margin targets as per budget. Margin ratio by achieving Image Builder Products, Performance Product etc.
Market Share: Will ensure achievement of value market share of E-max on monthly basis.
Product Availability: You will assist CH and Coordinate with Operations for advance inputs on Product Plan & Model Mix proposal for their respective category. You need to review their Product planning strategically and freeze as per Budget. Also, coordinate with Private Label/ Agency department for Private Label product availability in consultation with CH. Ensuring 0% stock out is the key.
