Prepare reports and presentations on market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Program Development and Alignment:
Design and develop innovative programs that address identified industry needs and workforce gaps.
Collaborate with academic teams to ensure programs align with national priorities and strategic goals.
Integrate feedback from industry stakeholders into the curriculum development process.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, government representatives, and regulatory bodies.
Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and conferences to promote collaboration.
Gather insights from employers and industry partners to refine program offerings.
Strategic Planning:
Develop growth strategies to expand the organizations market presence in education.
Identify opportunities for partnerships or collaborations with other institutions or organizations.

Program Performance Monitoring:
Evaluate the success of educational programs based on enrollment, completion rates, and employment outcomes.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field is required.
8 to 12 years of professional experience of which 4 years in the education sector.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English (10/10 fluency).
