The ideal candidate will have experience in arranging, managing, and participating in B2C fragrance and beauty exhibitions across the GCC region. The role requires a proactive individual with strong networking, sales, and event planning skills, along with multilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.Key Responsibilities:
Exhibition & Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in fragrance and beauty exhibitions across the GCC region, ensuring seamless event setup and engagement.
Sales & Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorship deals to enhance event visibility and sales performance.
Networking & Partnerships: Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, retailers, and event organizers, to ensure successful collaborations.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to strategize business expansion.
Budgeting & Financial Planning: Manage budgets for exhibitions and events, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maximizing ROI.
Marketing & Promotions: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, digital campaigns, and branding initiatives to drive event attendance and brand awareness.
Presentation & Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders, showcasing event value propositions.
Reporting & Analysis: Track event performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic insights for future improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, exhibitions, or event management within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury industry.
GCC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC events landscape, regulations, and market dynamics.
Computer & Presentation Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, and presentation software.
Multilingual: Fluency in English & Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
Networking Abilities: Strong industry connections with brands, retailers, and event organizers in the fragrance & beauty sector.
Flexibility to Travel: Willingness to travel across the GCC for exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in marketing, business administration, or event management.
Experience in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle events.
