About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients across various industries in the UAE. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Initiate and implement a strategic plan to identify and engage potential clients for business growth. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and industry events. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate and close deals with new clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent Flash Bunny at industry events and conferences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry. Strong understanding of the UAE market. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus). Candidates with a valid driver's license are preferred.
