Qualifications:Education and Certification
Bachelor\'s Degree - Business, Finance or related fields. Master\'s degree will be an advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, including the use of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI software).
Project management experience, including knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify process improvements and business solutions.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and market trends is advantageous.
6+ years of experience in business analysis of which 3 years in a senior role, Healthcare experience in UAE will be an advantage
