To ensure the success of the organizations talent acquisition and development efforts by identifying top performing candidates who are well suited to the companys needs and identifying development areas for specific employees at all levels, By creating and administering a variety of assessment activities, such as behavioral interviews, case studies, simulations, and psychometric tests, to determine the fit and potential of candidates for a particular role, or to identify development areas.
Conducting regular talent assessments to identify current and future talent needs and to inform the organizations talent planning initiatives.
Designing and overseeing valid and systematic programs for assessing the effectiveness of talent acquisition activities that meet our needs.
Working closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, Talent & Capabilities Development and subject matter experts to ensure that the assessment activities align with the companys talent needs and provide a fair and accurate evaluation of candidates.
Selecting and administering psychometric tests, behavioral assessments, and other tools.
Analyzing and interpreting results, providing feedback to candidates and participants, and making recommendations for hiring or further development.
Evaluating and interpreting results to provide feedback to providing recommendations for employee development.
Ensuring that assessment and development activities align with company goals and objectives.
Managing the A&DC budget and resources.
Ensuring the fair and consistent administration of assessments Keeping up to date with the latest
industry trends, best practices, and technologies in the field of Assessment & Development Centers.
Maintaining records of employee assessments and reporting on the results to management for strategy and planning needs.
Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of A&DC programs
Work towards being a high quality internal and external service provider and to ensure that all the services objectives are met with the customers. Engage the top management with the related assessment outcomes and progress.
Engage continuously with the employees and track their progress through focus group sessions
Track the budget consumption to make sure the consumption is as per plan and according to the budget.
Set departmental targets and objectives.
Monitor and manage performance of direct reports.
Conduct performance appraisals accurately objectively and consistently for all direct reports in a timely manner.
Manage the team on a daily basis including resolving issues and maintaining high motivation levels within the team.
Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch.
Track the projects' progress and give guidance and support when needed.
Manage and track the employees' updates towards their deliverables.
Requirements
Have an excellent knowledge of global best practices in area of Human Resources
Have an excellent knowledge of assessment services and related processes.
Be able to interact and consult effectively with top management and employees on all levels.
Strong emotional intelligence skills.
Have effective Management and Leadership skills.
Have skills required to evaluate and analyze business objectives to identify requirements related to Company's skills and capabilities assessment.
Have strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills.
Possess a good level of planning and achieving tasks related to change.
Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethics
Have good oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Certifications
Bachelor in relevant field
Professional certification in the field is preferable Experience
6 years of total experience. Years of experience in leadership will be an advantage.
