The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in coding and development, particularly in PHP, CodeIgniter, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and integration technologies like REST and SOAP APIs. This role requires extensive experience in project management, development methodologies, deployment methodologies, and a deep understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers, testers, and business analysts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Project Management: Oversee all projects within the company, including planning, execution, and tracking. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions within budget constraints.Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to the IT Director, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in PHP, CodeIgniter, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and integration technologies (REST and SOAP APIs). Implement best coding practices and adhere to security standards.Development Methodologies: Utilize agile and waterfall methodologies to manage projects effectively, adapting processes as necessary to meet project requirements.Version Control: Possess knowledge of GitHub or similar version control systems for efficient collaboration and code management.Logistics Operations: Apply strong knowledge of supply chain and core logistics operations, including fleet operations, back-office operations, store operations, and invoicing/finance module operations.ERP/CRM: The candidate should possess a robust comprehension and knowledge of ERP and CRM applications, as well as an understanding of core ERP modules. Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP applications is also desirable.RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in coding and application development, with a focus on PHP and related technologies.Technical Skills
