This is not simply our job, it\'s our passion.About The RoleAs Manager, Admissions you will oversee and continuously optimize guest arrival experience within the Aquaventure Waterpark and marine animals encounters across the resort. Primary duties will include assisting the Director of Admissions with management of Aquaventure Admissions, Dolphin Bay Operations, Lost Chambers Front of House, and Resort Activities Booking Points. In this role you will work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales and Information Technology on identifying trends and opportunities to maximize service revenues. Expectations of this role include maintaining strong lines of communication with divisions involved in curating the guest experience, providing synergy required to design and introduce operational efficiencies as well as monitoring and anticipating service needs in a fast-paced dynamic environment.In this role you will report to Director of Admissions and lead two Operations Managers along with Assistant Managers, Team Leaders and a large team of agents, cashiers and receptionists. You\'ll be able to identify development opportunities and performance gaps and act upon them to ensure your team\'s continuous growth, as well as perform disciplinary actions and counseling as needed.About YouWe are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role within admissions operation in a large entertainment or hospitality facility, ideally a theme park of waterpark. You should be comfortable working with various ticketing systems, dealing with complex group bookings and maintaining safe and secure environment for guest and colleagues. To succeed in this role, experience with managing inventory and expenses through effective budgeting and forecasting is necessary, together with the natural fluency with technology tools testing, implementation and maintanance.
