Responsibilities



Develop and implement strategic account management plans to meet organizational objectives. Oversee account performance and operational metrics to ensure adherence to company standards. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to facilitate account growth and service delivery. Analyze financial reports and customer data to inform decision-making and improve service offerings. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. Resolve customer issues and conflicts promptly, ensuring that client needs are met effectively.

Requirements



M. Com or relevant education Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications or subcontractor industry. Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and metrics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Proficient in relevant software applications and tools for account management and financial analysis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
