Finance & Accounts Manager

to lead and manage the financial and accounting operations of our engineering company. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in finance management, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sectors. This role demands strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic decision-making to support the company's growth objectives.

Job Requirements

:

1. Financial Management

Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize resource utilization. Monitor cash flow and ensure the availability of funds for operational needs.

2. Strategic Planning and Decision Support

Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions. Evaluate investment opportunities, project feasibility, and cost-effectiveness of business operations. Collaborate with other departments to align financial objectives with organizational goals.

3. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals. Conduct regular training to enhance the team's technical and functional capabilities. Set performance goals and ensure team alignment with organizational targets.

4. Accounting Operations

Manage the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Supervise day-to-day accounting functions such as payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closures.

5. Compliance and Audits

Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance. Liaise with external auditors and manage the annual audit process. Implement and maintain internal control systems to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
