Join us today and experience Life at Visa.The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium sized Visa clients, and to drive business growth for Visa and its clients. The BDM will develop and maintain the relationship between Visa and its clients, represent Visa to its clients, and execute the strategy for the markets. The BDM will identify opportunities for business growth, and work with clients and internal Visa stakeholders to execute on them. The BDM will work closely with the country team to create and implement initiatives, solutions and processes to grow our business in this client segment. In addition, the BDM will also drive sales of Value-Added Services such as risk products, data products and advisory services .Key CompetenciesExperience in business development, with execution focus and ability to deliver against tight deadlinesUnderstanding of the four-party payments ecosystem and respective roles and responsibilities of each participantExperience in external client facing roles delivering projects or productsStrong analytical skills and commercial acumen with ability to structure compelling offers and commercial dealsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
