Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:

Provide guidance to customers regarding mall layout, stores, and services. Assist shoppers with carrying bags, loading items into vehicles, or finding lost items. General Maintenance Support:

Ensure the mall premises are clean and organized. Arrange furniture, equipment, or displays as instructed. Inventory and Stock Handling:

Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stock in stores or kiosks. Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies. Logistics Support:

Transport goods or materials between different sections of the mall. Handle loading and unloading of deliveries as required. Safety and Compliance:

Ensure all assigned tasks comply with mall safety guidelines and protocols. Report any hazards, accidents, or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Event Assistance:

Provide support during mall events by setting up and dismantling equipment or decorations. Other Duties:

Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management. Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience as a helper or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory. Skills: Physical stamina to handle lifting and standing for extended periods. Basic communication skills in English/Hindi. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
