Job Description

Job Summary: The Mall Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations within the shopping mall to ensure the safety and protection of visitors, tenants, and property. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team, including assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and monitoring performance. Ensure the enforcement of mall security policies and procedures. Regular patrols of the mall premises are conducted to identify and address security risks. Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Investigate and document security breaches, accidents, and unusual occurrences. Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Provide training and guidance to security staff on best practices and safety protocols. Monitor surveillance systems and other security equipment. Prepare detailed reports on daily security activities and incidents. Assist in developing and implementing emergency response plans.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred. Proven experience in a supervisory security role, preferably in a retail or mall environment. Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently. Proficiency in using surveillance and security systems. Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

Work Conditions:

Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Potential exposure to stressful situations and the need for quick decision-making.

Pay: AED1,800.00 per month
