Mall Security Guard
Job Description
As a Mall Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for shoppers, tenants, and employees within the mall premises. Your role involves enforcing security procedures, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the mall premises to deter and detect security threats. Monitor surveillance cameras to ensure a proactive approach to security. Access Control: Control and monitor access points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors enter the mall. Verify identification of individuals and issue visitor passes as required. Crowd Control: Manage crowd flow during peak shopping hours or special events. Ensure the safety of visitors by preventing overcrowding in specific areas. Incident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, including theft, disturbances, or medical emergencies. Take appropriate action to address and resolve situations effectively.
